FuYu Mart Platform Policy
These policies govern how sellers join and operate on FuYu Mart, how orders are fulfilled and settled, and how buyers are protected.
1. Seller Onboarding (KYC)
All sellers must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, providing valid business and identity documents. Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Only approved sellers may list products.
2. Security Deposit
Approved sellers must pay a refundable EUR 300 security deposit to activate their store. The deposit is confirmed against a submitted payment voucher and is returned or offset once the seller closes their store and no outstanding obligations remain.
3. Product Arrival & Listing
Products become visible to buyers only after they are shipped to and received by the FuYu Mart warehouse in Africa and pass quality inspection. Items are published once stock is confirmed at the warehouse — not before.
4. Fulfillment Modes
Orders are fulfilled through two tracks: local-warehouse fulfillment (shipment from the FuYu Mart Africa warehouse) or platform procurement (platform-mediated sourcing). Each product states its fulfillment mode and local shipping fee at checkout.
5. Escrow & Settlement
Buyer payments are held in escrow. Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically after 7 days without dispute. Settlement is then credited to the seller's wallet.
6. Monthly Withdrawal
Sellers may withdraw their wallet balance to their registered bank account on a monthly basis. Withdrawals are processed on the 1st of each month and are subject to the available balance in the seller wallet.
7. After-Sales & Returns
Buyers may submit an after-sale request per order item, choosing from exchange, return & refund, or refund only. Requests are reviewed by the seller; approved returns are refunded and tracked until resolution.
8. Buyer Protection
FuYu Mart holds payment in escrow until you confirm receipt of goods. If your order doesn't arrive or doesn't match the description, you are fully covered by our buyer protection guarantee.
9. Service Coverage
FuYu Mart delivers to the following countries:

- Ghana
- Nigeria
- United Arab Emirates
- Saudi Arabia
Whether you are in West Africa or the Gulf region, your order can be shipped to your address.
10. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is encrypted and never shared with third parties without your consent. We comply with GDPR and African data protection regulations.
11. Terms of Service
By using FuYu Mart, you agree to our terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our marketplace guidelines.
